Other Minnesota Connections for Obama

During the Iowa Caucuses we heard discussions about the various Minnesota connections to U.S. Senator Barak Obama (D-IL) Presidential campaign.  They included: former DFL Party Executive Director Steve Hilldebrand, who is really a South Dakotan, Paul Tewes, an actual Minnesota native and short-lived Interim DFL Communications Director Nick Kimball.
One other significant connection to the Obama Campaign is the political marketing firm Meyer & Associates.  Meyer is a St. Cloud based, Democratically-aligned operation with former DFL Party Director Jerry Samargia, directing their political sales.  They are assisting the Obama Campaign in their Get-Out-the-Vote efforts throughout the nation.  Along with Obama, Meyer worked for former U.S. Senator John Edwards (D) campaign in addition to Governor Bill Richardson (D-NM) this cycle.
Additionally, Mike Dorsey a former staff person with the Bill Luther (D) and the Patty Wetterling (D) campaigns is the State Director for the Obama Campaign in Missouri
